Three different kind of CellCrown™24 inserts are available, non-sterile, sterile versions and with preattached transparent PET membrane with pore size of 8 microns. This PET filter is hydrophilic and treated for smooth cell attachment. Inserts with preattached membranes are always supplied as sterile.
